Hilton Nicosia Maintenance Position

Responsibilities:

Guest Room Maintenance Inspect and maintain heating, air conditioning, lighting, plumbing, and appliances in individual rooms.
Facility Upkeep Maintain common areas like lobbies, restaurants, hallways, and pools—keeping everything clean, functional, and welcoming.
Emergency Repairs Respond quickly to reported issues (leaks, power outages, broken locks) to minimize disruption for guests.
Safety & Compliance Ensure fire alarms, emergency exits, sprinklers, and other safety systems are regularly tested and functional.
Preventative Work Conduct scheduled inspections and servicing to avoid equipment breakdowns or hazards.
Collaborate with Front Desk & Housekeeping Coordinate repair priorities and updates to ensure guest requests or concerns are addressed promptly.
Support Renovations or Upgrades Assist with remodeling projects, furniture assembly, or installation of new systems and fixtures.

Requirements and skills

Graduate in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or a related technical field.
Self-driven with accountability and professionalism.
Ability to work in a team.
Fluent in English or Greek.
Previous experience in same/similar position will be considered as an advantage.
