Hilton Nicosia Maintenance Position

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Room Maintenance Inspect and maintain heating, air conditioning, lighting, plumbing, and appliances in individual rooms.
  • Facility Upkeep Maintain common areas like lobbies, restaurants, hallways, and pools—keeping everything clean, functional, and welcoming.
  • Emergency Repairs Respond quickly to reported issues (leaks, power outages, broken locks) to minimize disruption for guests.
  • Safety & Compliance Ensure fire alarms, emergency exits, sprinklers, and other safety systems are regularly tested and functional.
  • Preventative Work Conduct scheduled inspections and servicing to avoid equipment breakdowns or hazards.
  • Collaborate with Front Desk & Housekeeping Coordinate repair priorities and updates to ensure guest requests or concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Support Renovations or Upgrades Assist with remodeling projects, furniture assembly, or installation of new systems and fixtures.

Requirements and skills

  • Graduate in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or a related technical field.
  • Self-driven with accountability and professionalism.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Fluent in English or Greek.
  • Previous experience in same/similar position will be considered as an advantage.
