Brief Description: My research focuses on analyzing how family social capital and sustainability practices — and their interconnection — influence family business practices and strengthen family members’ bonds within the family business context. While we have information about how family members can influence decisions, processes, and actions relevant to family business sustainability there is a notable lack of studies exploring how family members’ ties and social interactions are influenced by their engagement in sustainability-related practices. This study aims to explore how sustainability practices shape family social capital by examining both bonding and bridging dimensions.
