Nikoleta Ioannidou has completed a bachelor’s degree in Philology, majoring in Linguistics at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. During her undergraduate studies she received a scholarship from the Cyprus State Scholarship Foundation.

In 2021, she joined the Department of Rehabilitation Studies at the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) a PhD student. In her first year at CUT she took post graduate courses. During the second year, she received a scholarship from the A.G.Leventi Foundation of Athens. Since 2021/2022 Nikoleta Ioannidou has also been working as a Teaching Assistant at CUT and contributing to [...]the research project Morphosyntactic Production in Stroke-induced Agrammatic Aphasia-Machine Learning Aphasia (PI: Valantis Fyndanis) as a Research Assistant.

Her doctorate thesis will focus on verb-related morphosyntactic production in Cypriot-Greek-speaking neurotypical adults and persons with aphasia.
