Programme Structure & Modules for Students admitted since 23/24


The curriculum in Management is four years long and includes compulsory general management courses, specialized courses in the "Entrepreneurship and Innovation" or "Digital Business" specialization, English language courses for academic purposes and limited selection courses.

To complete the Programme in Management, the following need to be successfully completed:

General Management: (25) twenty-five courses

Specialized courses: (8) eight specialized courses are offered for each concentration

Limited selection courses: these are courses offered by any Department of Cyprus University of Technology and will allow the students to broaden their core scientific field of study. Interesting selections of courses are available from the Department of Communication and Marketing, Department of Communication and Internet Studies, the Department of Environmental Science and Technology and the Department of Multimedia and Graphic Arts, among others. Students can select up to four such courses or combine two courses with the thesis or combine three courses with an internship* during the summer months between year three and four. For the internship and the diploma thesis it is a prerequisite that the student has a weighted average grade above 7.

English language learning programme: includes three English language courses focusing on language requirements of business management.

*Internship and Employability

During the summer months between the 3rd and 4th year of study, students may carry out a 400-hour internship in companies for the purpose of developing leadership skills in a real business environment, while facilitating their transition from student to professional context. The Department's close and long-standing cooperation with the business world enables students to practice in a real business environment, preparing them for employment in almost all sectors of the Cypriot and global economy.
