Dr Elias Hadjielias is Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Business at the Cyprus University of Technology, where he serves as Director of the BSc in Management. He is also Adjunct Professor at Padjadjaran University (Indonesia) and Associate Editor of Business Ethics, the Environment & Responsibility and the Journal of the International Council for Small Business. An inductee of ‘Family Business Hall of Fame’, he serves as European Region Chair of the STEP Project for Family Enterprising and is an Expert Contributor to the Global Family Business Think Tank. His research focuses on entrepreneurship, family business, and innovation, with publications [...]in leading international journals including Journal of Product Innovation Management, British Journal of Management, Annals of Tourism Research, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Research, Family Business Review, Small Business Economics, and Entrepreneurship & Regional Development.

Assistant Professor, Director of the BSc in Management

Dr Elias Hadjielias is Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Business at the Cyprus University of Technology, where he serves as Director of the BSc in Management. He is also Adjunct Professor at Padjadjaran University (Indonesia) and Associate Editor of Business Ethics, the Environment & Responsibility and the Journal of the International Council for Small Business. An inductee of ‘Family Business Hall of Fame’, he serves as European Region Chair of the STEP Project for Family Enterprising and is an Expert Contributor to the Global Family Business Think Tank. His research focuses on entrepreneurship, family business, and innovation, with publications in leading international journals including Journal of Product Innovation Management, British Journal of Management, Annals of Tourism Research, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Business Research, Family Business Review, Small Business Economics, and Entrepreneurship & Regional Development.
