Topic: Psychology and Entrepreneurship
Brief Description: My research project explores the interdisciplinary relationship between psychology and entrepreneurship, aiming to bridge the two fields to better understand the psychological foundations of entrepreneurial behaviour. Specifically, it investigates how key psychological traits -identified through personality assessments- relate to essential entrepreneurial dimensions such as risk-taking, decision-making, resilience, and the capacity to navigate success and failure. In parallel, it also examines how entrepreneurs’ psychological profiles may influence their ethical or unethical decision-making processes, thus shedding light on the ethical dimensions of entrepreneurial practice. By integrating psychological theory with entrepreneurial
[...]practice, this research seeks to contribute to a deeper understanding of how individual psychological profiles shape entrepreneurial outcomes, effectiveness, and ethical responsibility.
