Topic Title: Organizational Order and Adaptation in Family Businesses During Environmental Transitions
Brief Description: This research aims to explore how family businesses cope with and adapt to major external disruptions or imposed transitions over time, such as economic shocks, societal crises or digital transformation requirements. The study uses qualitative, case-based research and a temporal process perspective to examine changes and patterns of organizational order as firms move from stability into crisis or transition and towards renewed stability.
