The following instructions refer to the submission of an application for any Programme (Undergraduate Degree, Master’s Degree, Doctorate) and for all categories of applicants (Special Categories, Vacant Positions, Greek Nationals, Internal-External Transfers, Second Degree, Erasmus In, etc.,)

Before proceeding read carefully the application submission guide for study programmes.

Do you already have access to the CUT portal?

If you already have access in the Web Portal (you are a student or you have been offered a position or you have previously submitted an application) then proceed directly to Step 3 and to the web link https://sis.cut.ac.cy/irj/portal. You will be asked to register the codes you already have. If you have forgotten them, send a message to kep@cut.ac.cy or phone: 25 002710/11 to receive them again. 

Are you applying a position for the first time at the CUT?

If it is the first time you are applying for a position at CUT then proceed with the following steps:

Step 1: Click here to create an account and enter a valid e-mail address.

Step 2: Follow the instructions you will receive on your personal e-mail to create your profile (personal information) in our system. Keep the access codes you will receive (username/password) to access the Portal.

Step 3: From the web link https://sis.cut.ac.cy/irj/portal enter the username and password (the way these have been sent to your personal e-mail) in order to enter the Portal and to submit your application.

Step 4: Depending on the Type of Submission (Special Categories, Vacant Positions, Transfers, Second Degree, Pancyprian Exams, Postgraduate Programmes, Doctorate, etc.) create an application to programmes with your preferred order (up to 3 choices) and attach any supporting documents required.
