How to cope with the unknown (series of teleconference)

Φοιτητικά Νέα Συμβουλευτική

Dear students,

It is a fact that we have entered a new status quo, which is demanding, difficult, different, and which acts as a trigger for the experience of a multitude of emotions. It is asked from us to reconstruct a new routine, away from many things that have been important and meaningful for our lives.

Wanting to support each one of you, I announce the beginning of a new series of teleconference starting next Friday at 12:30pm. The teleconferences will emphasize on three main topics:

  • orientation towards my perception of the pandemic,
  • how I feel about the new situation,
  • how can I reform and cope with the new facts

The link will be sent out to your emails a day before the teleconference. The teleconferences will last approximately 40 minutes each time.
