Violent behavior and aggression takes place when students are frustrated and under tension. Although rare it is good to be aware of the symptoms and be prepared to take action. Some features are:

• Overvoltage
• Dependence 
• Hallucinations
• Loss of Control
• Fear
• Anger

Students will be helped if professors deal with them calmly and show that they understand their concerns and feelings. In this context they will be told that there are limits to the reaction (he has a right to be angry about the grade but he has no right to curse or break objects). It is very important to stay in an open area or in an area where other people are. Avoid touching the person or provoking more tension with threats and high-pitched voices.
