Reduce stress

How to reduce stress during the exam

  • Turn your material into flashcards, notes and read it before
  • Learn relaxation techniques (breathing, muscle relaxation, positive thoughts)
  • Don't get together with fellow students right before the exam, don't be influenced by panicked people, don't examine each other.
  • Admit to yourself that you may not know all the questions.
  • Look at all the questions to familiarize yourself with the exam and if you don't know some questions it's okay.
  • If you feel stressed and can't think, relax, drink water and start.
  • Don't pay attention to what other people do and write.
  • Allow time to review your answers
  • One of the factors that cause anxiety is anticipation and thinking about what is going to happen. If you think negatively about yourself and your abilities, negative feelings will be created with negative results.
