The Department of Multimedia and Graphic Design of the Cyprus University of Technology organises the annual graduate show; CUT OUT 2018 . In visual communication a project starts with a "blank canvas". Creation begins with an empty paper, a new file in a software or even a piece of wood. At the same time, we as graduates, have designed dozens of prototypes, we have written thousands of words, and we have spent lots of empty moments, for creativity, experimentation, research and knowledge. Four years later, we are called once again to "empty" our full of experience pages and to start from the beginning. CUT OUT *blank will be hosted at the Lab of Interaction and Technology (EAT), Photography Lab (Blue Pearl) and at the Basement of Heroes’ Square (Plateia Iroon), Limassol.
