Internet access (12Mb) will be provided in the Internet room (HERMES Room), where ten multimedia PCs and a laser printer in a wireless LAN will be available for the event delegates. Standard tools will be installed on the computers (Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader). The computer facilities will be open for use between 7:30 am and 20:00 pm. Please be considerate of your colleagues who may be waiting for a free terminal and avoid chat and long downloads. Services such as phones, faxes, photocopies, printouts, disk copy, and other processing will not be available at the event. If you have special needs that cannot be met in any other manner, please speak to the registration desk or at the registration desk of the hotel and we will try our best to support you.
